Upon checking the room, I was delighted by the automatic opening of the window blinds, adding a cool touch to the experience at Conrad Manila. The hotel was fabulous with a great view of the bay and the pool was incredible. The rooms were huge with a nice bathroom and huge bedrooms; we booked the two-bedroom ambassador suite with a balcony. I highly recommend this hotel. It was convenient and close to Mall of Asia, accessible to shopping, restaurants, and close to Baclaran. I miss this place already because I lived in the area eleven years ago. The evening snacks and cocktails from 14:00 till 16:00 were a nice touch.

The service was nothing less than pleasant. Huge thanks to all the staff who were very courteous and super friendly, including the Manager Alice, Abby, Baine, Blanche, Nicole at reception, and Aris the bell guy who helped us with our bags. They provided various services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, airport shuttle, valet parking, and a paid airport shuttle. The happy hour was a nice treat.

It is right next to the Mall of Asia and flows into a large terrace that has unobstructed views of Manila Bay and a close-up view of the MOA Eye. The location is great, close to shopping, dining, New Year's Eve grand countdown, other 5-star luxury hotels, and back to Manila.
