Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and pleasant, offering a spacious living area and bathrooms. However, the loud banging noises from a nearby construction site kept us awake at night, which was quite frustrating.

Upon checking the room, I was delighted by the automatic opening of the window blinds, adding a cool touch to the experience at Conrad Manila. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and designed with interesting interiors and art, making the stay truly enjoyable. However, I did notice that the staff, while not unfriendly, weren't as accommodating as I have experienced in other 4-5 star hotels. The location is ideal for various activities, from shopping to conventions, with convenient access to major attractions. The dining options were diverse, but it could get quite busy during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor areas for improvement.
The hotel was fabulous with a great view of the bay and the pool was incredible. The rooms were huge with a nice bathroom and huge bedrooms; we booked the two-bedroom ambassador suite with a balcony. I highly recommend this hotel. It was convenient and close to Mall of Asia, accessible to shopping, restaurants, and close to Baclaran. I miss this place already because I lived in the area eleven years ago. The evening snacks and cocktails from 14:00 till 16:00 were a nice touch.

Upon arrival, Mr Emile Otte personally welcomed us, ensuring a luxurious stay with very nice and friendly staff. The hotel's excellent location near the Airport and connected to the Mall of Asia was a significant plus, although room 5042's King Premier Suite could be slightly improved.
